Press Release June 2011 - Ilford Recorder: Recognition for Caring Service

H L Hawes & Son Ltd has won a Funeral Service Customer Care Award for outstanding service to clients during the past year.
The company is based in Barkingside, with branches in Chingford, Leytonstone (Peter Musgrave Funeral Directors) and Waltham Abbey (The Abbey Independent Funeral Directors Ltd).
The awards are sponsored by Funeral Planning Services Ltd, based on responses to a national survey of clients who purchased a funeral prepayment plan.
The survey results showed that 100% of H L Hawes' clients were "very satisfied" with the service provided, and 100% of those who responded said they would recommend the plan to someone else.

"Funeral directors provide a very personal service but don't always get the recognition they deserve," said Andrew Humphrey of Funeral Planning Services. "We have worked with H L Hawes & Son Ltd since 1996 and we are delighted that they won this award."
