Seminar - Caring for the Deceased
As part of our service to the community, we have pleasure in providing a free education seminar on 'Caring for the Deceased'.
The aim of the seminar is to be informative, open and straightforward about everything we do, the services we provide, and to dispel many of the myths and taboos about Death, Funerals and Funeral Directors.
Designed to support all professionals studying NVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care, the one-hour seminar can be held at either a place of work or at any of our funeral premises, at a date and time convenient to you and your staff.
The seminar is also available to those not studying for a professional qualification, but who work within the care profession, and are simply interested in the Funeral Profession.

A question and answers session follows the PowerPoint presentation and we can, if required, incorporate a visit to and tour of our Barkingside premise.
Upon completion of the seminar, a ‘Certificate of Attendance' is issued which can be highly valuable in enhancing NVQ courses.
Response to the seminar is always positive, with many attendees stating that they have found the presentation interesting, helpful and enlightening.
We advise that we currently have dates available during 2011 and 2012.
