This means that on the rare occasion we may need to convey the coffin into and out of the
Church or Chapel
on a wheeled trolley.
There are many reasons for this, for instance, the size of the Church or Chapel entrance / exit.
We aim to provide the highest standard of care, so please be assured that we always maintian
the greatest dignity and professional service to all.
Coffin Bearers:
If you wish for family or friends to bear the coffin of a loved-one at the funeral, please discuss this with us at the time of arrangement.
The task of carrying the coffin may seem daunting for those who have not performed the role before. However, we will give advice and direction on what to do when performing this important and personal role, to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day.
